Hi

When trying to create a PDF from within Word 365 on Windows 10 I get the following error:

Removed and reinstalled (latest version from CC Desktop), rebooted ... to no avail.

Any suggestion?

Thanks

Hi @F. McLion

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please go through the help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/pdfmaker-error-unable-to-find-adobe-pdf-resource-files.html and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.

Unfortunately, it did not help. The installer says that I already have a later version installed, which is true.

The link points to VC_redist 2015-2019 whereas I have already installed the newer version 2015-2022.

Any idea?

I even removed the newer one and installed the older one the article suggests - to no avail.
