PDF not attaching to Emails

Currently when I generate a PDF from an application it’s open as normal but when I go to email the first attempt will open an email but there’ll be no attached PDF.

 

PLease can someone advise?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

As you have mentioned the file does not attach to the email, could you please confirm if there is any link added to that email.

Please share the screenshot of the email window or a small video of the issue occurring at your end.

Share the Acrobat Reader and OS version on the machine. You may use the steps suggested in the following help document to check the application version: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

Hi Meenakshi, 

 

I can confirm there are no links on these emails. PLease see that attached, one image shows the email icon we are using, another the email without the attachment and then the final error message.

Thank you for sharing the screenshots.

 

Could you please confirm the Acrobat Reader DC version currently installed on your machine? Share the OS version.

Also, check if the issue occurs with a particular PDF or with all the PDFs you try to send via email.

We are click the envelope/mail icon in the top right when a PDF is open.
