PDF not opening in AOL but I have a paid subscription that I use on a laptop

Question

Can anyone help me I have a subscription for Adobe and pay a fee each month which I'm using on a laptop

BUT I also view emails on a I phone using AOL but I can't open PDF using mobile AOL

Do I have to purchase another subscription to cover mobile us on AOL, or can I share my subscription

Any help would be appreciated

You don't need to pay anything to just view PDF files, not on your phone, nor on your computer. You can use the free Adobe Reader for that.

If the file doesn't open it probably means it's corrupted or was created incorrectly. Alternatively, it can be a special kind of PDF file that can only be opened on a normal desktop computer.

Have you tried it there?
