PDF not saving stylus marks

Question

When I write on a PDF with my stylus and save the PDF, it shows all my stylus comments, but when I go to print the PDF, all of my stylus comments disappear even though I have saved AS. This has never happened before. Any suggestions?

Do you know which Adobe app you are using for commenting? Is it Acrobat or Reader, and is it a laptop, a mobile device, or a tablet?

Please help us with more information if the help document isn't sufficient. And if possible please share the file.
