PDF öffnet sich auf PC, geht aber direkt wieder weg

Hallo, seit ein paar Minuten habe ich Probleme PDF Dateien zu öffnen. Ich öffne die Datei, sie öffnet sich auch ganz normal aber dann geht direkt das ganze Bild weg und es bleibt nur ein grauer Bildschirm. Ich habe die Adobe App schon geupdatet und sogar repariert. Geht trotzdem nicht. Benötige bitte dringend Hilfe!

Gleiches Problem habe ich auch. Kurz nach dem Öffnen der App öffnen und schließen sich sofort schnell nacheinander kurz 2 Fenster, wenige Sekunden danach schließt sich die App. Es gibt keine Einträge im Event Manager.
Mehrfache deinstallation und neuinstallation, An- und Abmelden , deaktivierung der Geräte führt nicht zum Erfolg.
Es scheint ein Problem im Profil zu sein. In einem anderen Profil funktioniert die App.

Thanks for the response.

From the description, it looks like a corruption in the user profile preferences.

Would you mind trying to reset the application preferences and check again?

If that doesn't work, we would suggest working with the new user profile since the app works fine there.

Could you share the file with us and a video or screenshot showing the problem at your end? Also, if you open the same file in Google Chrome, doesn't it work normally?
