PDF Paystubs

Hello I am trying to convert a Print to PDF to an original PDF. I am trying to submit paystubs to an online reference system and when they attempt to open it gives an error of "cannot open Print to PDF". Any help would be appreciated

    May be that it is not a PDF file.
