PDF pop-up annoying

Good day, I'm adding text to a PDF and when I move the cursor to the position where I want to add the text, a pop-up comment appears and it looks like this - How can I disable this, please? It is very annoying.

I assume you haven't created this PDF. There is a good chance the author of the PDF has made it appear based on some condition, or there is a comment. If you can share the file, we will look into it and provide more details.
