PDF Portfolio scrolling problem

Hello! I've created a Portfolio with more then 50 pdf files. When I open Portfolio, I can scroll down and up with no problem. But as soon as I open any of files in that portfolio, the scroll locks completely. Can't scroll the preview list of files at all. Since I have more then 50 files in my Portfolio, I really need to be able to scroll to access last files. Side scroll bar disappears. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks!

Did you ever find a solution to this?  All of a sudden I am having this same problem.  Scrolls fine until I go to open a document in the PDF portfolio.

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also go through the correct answer marked in the similar discussion https://adobe.ly/4aGRMoQ and see if that works.
