PDF posted online shows comment pop-up I can't delete

A document we remediated to be ADA-compliant and posted online is now showing a strange comment that I can't figure out how to delete. The comment (screenshot below with the yellow box) only shows up if I view the PDF in my browser, but I cannot see it when viewing through the Adobe application. In the application, I looked in the content panel for this page and found an annotation generically labelled "text" (see the second screenshot), which I suspect is the comment I'm seeing online. Does anyone know how to delete this??
