PDF Preview Handler Problem on Scaled Screen

I have multiple screens set up, including a 4k tv I use as a presentation monitor. In order for text to be readable on that one I need to scale up the display. When I do so (and I've tried every % setting) the bottom bar on the windows explorer preview screen for pdfs disappears (normally the black bar that has buttons to resize the preview and tell you which page you are on). At the same time, the preview image is scaled up, so part of that is off the screen as well. Is there any setting that will address this? Sample screenshot attached.

Hi Jasonspangehl,

Thanks for reaching out. As described above, you are experiencing issues with PDF Preview Handler on Scaled Screen, correct?

We tried reproducing the issue and scaled up the display to 150% and we were able to view the bottom bar for the preview screen for PDF. There seems to be some 4K monitor settings which are not getting scaled up.

Could you please share a screen recording of the issue? please upload the recording on https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and share the link.

What is the version of the OS? What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat/Reader installed? To check the version of the application, go to Help > Click, About Adobe Acrobat DC/Reader.

Regards

Amal
