PDF Preview not showing in Windows 10 - Repair works for short time.

Hi all

 

I've been having trouble with PDF previews in Windows 10 for a while now. I've been through all of the steps to try and get it to work, but the only thing I've found that does work is repairing Acrobat through Windows Settings/Apps. The only problem is that it will only work for a short time then the issue comes back.

 

Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a fix? I've had Adobe dial into my computer to fix it, and it did work for a bit, but then the issue came back.

Which version of Acrobat are you running? Have you tried to update Acrobat?

    I have Acrobat Pro DC version 2022.001.20085. I've updated it and been through all of the suggested fixes, and someone from Adobe dialled into my PC to try and fix it too. The fix did work for a few days, but then it was back to not showing the previews. The only way I can get previews is by repairing Acrobat through Windows.

    If you've already talked to Adobe's customer support and have a case number, your best bet it to get in touch with them again. There is agood chance that I cannot tell you anything new or better than what you get from their support staff.
