Hi bumblingbee

Could you please let me know the steps you are taking to publish the Word doc to pdf?

Which Operating System you have on the machine- Windows/Mac?

Is this happening with all the Excel files?

Try with another Excel file and see if the conversion still shows the same results.

What is the version of Acrobat installed on the machine?

Thanks for asking.

Started spreadsheet Excel(97office) on XP machine.

Copied excel page by page into word97.

Couldn't just copy whole 3page spreadsheet into word97 because that seemed to force autotable to mess up formatting widths etc.

Copied paste special select Excel object paste as link.

Went to Office07 publish pdf.

Pdf to adobe DC.

Looks fine in layout. But print garbled the excel area.

But not all garbled.

Garble is like sewing needles horizontally in some rows.

Perhaps the margins are outside boundary for hp laserjet p 1102w?

Garble is not all over either.

My table header 3 rows bordered boxes come out fine so margin I think OK.

I can scan if you want.

File is a court re-generated file too with time stamp on top.

I haven't tried print original version without court time stamp.

Hi bumblingbee,

Thank you for the information. Could you please let me know the version of Acrobat DC installed on your Windows XP machine?

For ex, if you have Acrobat XI Pro installed on the machine, launch Acrobat>navigate to Help menu>select About Adobe Acrobat XI Pro
