PDF printing all text in one wrong colour

Help gratefully accepted.  I have received a pdf which I'm trying to print.  It displays perfectly on my screen.  Most of the text is in black; the para headers are in orange, for ease of reading.

The entire text, however, prints in orange.  Even when I check greyscale, it prints everything in orange.  When I convert it to a word docx, it still prints in orange.  I have tried various online ideas but I'm at my wits' end.  Other pdfs print in accurate colours.

I'm using Acrobat Pro version 2024.002/20893 on a Macbook with M1 chip and an Epson printer.  Many thanks!

Since it happens in two applications, have you checked your ink supply? I've moved your post to the Acrobat forum.

Thanks very much!  Yes, ink supply ample in all colours and other documents printing fine.
