PDF's are blank

HELP please! Each time I upload a pdf into a customer portal they say it's blank?  It was fine until we updated our server and put it in the cloud. Could this be what is causing it? My thoughts are that the pdf file is a "link" on the server rather than a downloaded file on my PC.  Could this be the case? I'm running Adobe Pro and Windows 11 Pro.

Hi Tariq,

 

I found a solution if anyone else asks the same question.  I had to save the file "as other PDF/X" press ready and the file was readable.

Sorry for the delay in responding and the troubled experience. 

We aren't aware of such an issue at our end. Have you tried sending an email or uploading it to any Cloud drive, like Google Drive, One Drive, Dropbox, etc.? 

Let us know if the issue is reproducible, and we'd be happy to assist.
