Question

Pdf's are correct on computer but when printing come out upside down

So, I have been having issues with printing PDF's on our Ricoh large format printer. The pdf's will look fine when I am going through the documents  on the computer but when I print them there are various pages that come out upside down. I initially went to the printer people with this problem but they swear up and down that it is an adobe issue.. Even though I feel like I have done everything in my possibility to correct it . It is just a waste of time when I am printing a 200+ page job and 15 of the pages come our upside down and I have to go through and make sure all is correct. .Please tell me there is a solution to this.

Can you think of anything that you did differently when those pages were created?  Perhaps you flipped a jpg?

No, It is the same with all the project we get... .that there are various

pages that print the upside down.

I don't rotate them unless when I am looking at them on the computer and

they are upside dowm.

I have even found the pages that were upside down and rotated them so the

pdf page was upside down to see if that would make them come out right side

up.

To no avail. It hasn't worked.

Thank you,

If you print the pdf multiple times, are the same pages messed up?
