Ever since I purchased the full version PDF's do not print as shown. If a client changes something and sends it to me when I open it I see the changes on the monitor but if I pront it those changes do not appear. Even if I save it I loose those changes when printing

They may be making the changes by adding PDF comments. If so, you can try printing the PDF with comments or using a Preflight fix to Flatten annotations & form fields. It would be preferable to make the changes in the original application.

As a first: Try "Print as image"-option in the "Advanced" part of the Acrobat printer dialogue!

As a second:

May be you could be more precise:

  • What version of Acrobat
  • What version of OS

Is there a possibility to share a file or at least screen shots with me?

If not, please describe how the file is created, what modifications have been done etc.

I have added a screen shot. So when I go to print this the e-mail overlay disappears. I tried the suggestion you made as to select print image still did not work. Thanks for your help

I do not quite understand the problem, but you are posting personal information on a public forum. That’s not good.
