PDF's no longer showing all content from just one sender - Acrobat Pro Version 2025.001.20432 on Mac

Recenctly I can no longer see all content in pdf's I receive from one source. I've tried disabling security and that still doesn't work. Need help to resolve this issue please.

I have now come across a second source that has the same issue of just partial content missing from the pdf and have attached it for your team's continue research for a solution.

The issue arises when there are certain chart type graphics involved.

It now appears as though the issue is resolved.
