PDF'S won't print on my MFC-J875dw(brother)

All that happens is it asked me to save(i save it and it asked me to save again,I'm in a loop) I can print from email print a browser page just no PDF.I didn't notice this till yesterday 2/4/17

Hi Tima,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Open any pdf file in Reader/ Acrobat > click File > Print

2- Select your printer from the drop-down option under Printer > click Advanced > uncheck the box next to Print to file.

yes that was the fix,Dell fixed itfor me ,brother support had NO clue

You are using the "print to file" option.

Where is the "You are using the "print to file" option" I've looked on the pDF,on the Brother printer bur can't find the option.The only time I us that is when I scan ti file.....Turbotax,brother both say not our problem.I did switch over to" Fox It" just so I could print the document,but save all my files to PDF and I definately don't want to PAY for Fox IT
