The French phonetic symbols in a PDF document will not be displayed when scanned, and will not be displayed when copied to txt. But in another French document, it is normal. What is the situation?

    When I compare two PDF documents, the same content is marked differently, and in the recognition result of one PDF document, the phonetic sign are missing.
