pdf seems crashed after opening

A problem I've never encountered before has been occurring for a few days.
Once the PDF is opened, it takes several seconds to use it, it seems crashed, and the words "waiting for response" appear. Then it becomes usable again. It happens for all pdf.
What may have happened? How can I solve it?
