PDF Signature check - Invalid

Hello,

one of our remote workers has signed a document with public authority signature.

If I view the PDF on my computer is shows signature as valid.

If he does that on his computer, singature shows as invalid with error with building the path from signer's certicate to an issuer - does this mean that he needs to have a CA as trusted in his computer?

Screenshots included for better understanding.

Thank You!

Yes, you need to setup and "trust" the CA on the computer that is used to verify the signature. Otherwise, Acrobat cannot verify that the signature is indeed valid.
