PDF Spaces vs regular PDF sharing for clients?

I have been exploring PDF Spaces and it looks interesting for sharing documents in a more interactive way with features like AI Assistant, tracking, and guided content.

I am curious to know from people who have actually used it with clients, does it improve communication and engagement compared to regular PDF sharing, or do clients still prefer simple PDF attachments?
