PDF Submit Button stopped working on Adobe Mobile

Hello Community! I created a fillable form with a submit button that attachs the filled out form and prepares an e-mail to be sent to a supervisor.  This form has been working great for years with no problems, until recently.  I have had two employees come in with their android tablets saying this form submit button no longer does anything.  I sent a test form to myself on my Android phone and downloaded the "Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF" that everyone is using.  I had the same results as the two emoployees, so is it safe to assume that through some update Adobe has caused an issue with this form?
