PDF thumbnail previews in Windows

I would like to see pdf thumbnail in Windows 10 while using Adobe 9.5.5

I read the help Edit>Preference>General but I do not find the thik box '
Enable pdf thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer'

Assuggested I've looked for Acrobat updates but there are none.

What can I do?
