PDF to Excel conversion quality issue

Hello. 

I had an accounting client statement generated by Books.Zoho.com. This is a document in a table format. For further processing I needed it in an excel format and I used  Adobe export service for this conversion. The resulted document didn't have the same structure (at all). Column names trapped into a single row. different columns content trapped into wrong places. Sometimes this is a merged raw, sometimes just a wrong place. No logic behind this and the document can't be used at all. 

 

Is it normal for Adobe conversion tool? The same problem with pdf to word conversion.

    Thanks for reaching out. As described above, you are experiencing issues while exporting the PDF file to Excel, correct?

     

    Is this a behaviour with a particular file or with any file you try to export?

    Could you please share the PDF file with us for testing purpose? Please upload the file to document cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and share the link.
