PDF TO EXCEL PICTURES MOVING POSITION

As you can see, the images are centered, but when i export to excel, 

this happens, the image go out of the square, i know it is possible to do such a thing, cuz i did it once, but i have forgotten :sob: please help me!

i know this might be a noobie question, but please help me.

 

ps: when i convert to word it maintain inside the square.

    I have to show my intentions as to why I need to use EXPORT PDF to Excel, as it is the only one that groups the images within the PDF, which can be attached to Google Sheets directly with all the images
