PDF to HTML

Hello! I have read all the forums here on how to turn a PDF into a HTML, nothing is working. We just upgraded to Acrobat Pro. I have turned it into Tiff and then into a HTML. It's the same thing. The link is linking to our one drive, and we can't even access the link. It doesn't turn it into a hyperlink.
