pdf to image sequence

i've pdf's which contain many elements over each other (generated in processing),
when i open them it looks like a video.
now i want exactly this: make an image sequence for creating video material out of these pdf's

in illustrator it shows layer1 / clip group / hundreds of path's...

how to get them seperated?
