PDF to Txt - breaking data

When we are trying to save PDF document as text accessible it creats line breaks.  Previous version of Adobe did not add line breaks and now it does, makes importing to excel a challenge.  Anyone have an idea of how to save as txt (accessible) without it adding line breaks in the data?

    This should only happen if the file already contained line-breaks. Are you saying that the output was different for the same file in a previous version of Acrobat?

      Yes.  We have someone who runs 2017 and the output is very different, doesn't input line breaks.  Running on 2023 when exporting to a txt accessible file it then puts in line breaks and pushes data to new line.  The file contains sensitive data so I'll redact the data for a page for both the PDF & txt files to show the difference if that's helpful.
