PDF to Word conversion in a foregin language

I am trying to conver a pdf document written in Polish to Word.

I did change the applicaton language, but this does not solve a thing.

Any ideas? Solution should not be any differet form switching to French, German, ....

Only fonts are different.

Can someone help?

What is the problem? Doesn't it convert the file?

I have a pdf of a document written on Polish.

I want to convert it to a Word document also in Polish. No language translation necessary.

Somehow Acrobat pro DC (OCR) needs to recognize Polish letters like "ę, ó, ź or ć" otherwise it shows a lot of garbage.

Base on the documentation, you can select Polish language, but that only shows the functions in Polish, but does nor do the OCR translation correctly.
