PDF to Word Export "Hey"

I exported my .indb book file to pdf, which then had to be exported to Word. After doing so, Word said it was locked and suddenly the word "hey" popped up in my cover page. I was able to delete it. I trashed the doc and it hasn't happened again after another export, but I am concerned if this could be malware. I've run virus scan and nothing popped. Should I be concerned or could this be some weird glitch? I tried installing the latest Acrobat update and it keeps getting stuck, so I'm unsure if that could be part of the issue or if there is some security issue.

This is a confusing report and I think, there is a mixup of several problems. I do not believe that the weird conversion problem is due to some malware. If you really want to rule that out, you need to boot an external malware checker.

As for the failing update, you should check if your OS supports the latest version of Acrobat. If yes, best would be to uninstall Acrobat and to use Adobe's CC Cleaner app to delete remanents of the old install and to install Acrobat from scratch.
