pdf uploading problem in student space

prev i studied for my mid term exams using the adobe student space, now as my semester exams are near i tried using it again
but now when i try to upload pdfs into the space, it is showing something went wrong!! i tried closing the webapp, and tried it many times it is showing the same result...

@precise_Marshmallow4588 I would check with your school's IT department as soon as possible. If your Adobe access is provided through the school, it's possible there has been a change to your account, licensing, or Student Space access. Since the issue occurs when uploading PDFs specifically within Student Space, IT may be able to confirm whether there are any known service or account issues. In the meantime, try signing out, clear the history, cache and cookies of your web browser and sign back into Adobe, using a different browser, and checking whether your Adobe subscription is still active.

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the troubled experience.
Could you help us with diagnostic logs.

To collect the logs:

Download and run the Diagnostics Utility from: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html
Click on Start Diagnostics. Ensure advanced logging is checked.
Launch Acrobat, reproduce the issue with your file.
Once done, click Stop Monitoring.
Copy the Log ID and share it with us.

OS name and version.
Short video of the workflow and the issue
