PDF with image infront of text form field help

Hello,

I am creating a pdf document to use as a price on a product.

I am creating the pdf as a form to allow other users to change the price and description but not the layout or design of the document.

On the document which has a previous or 'was' price I would like a green curved line to cross out the 'was' price, so far I have only been able to get this image to sit behind the text field (see image below).

Is it possible to get the image to go infront of the text and still make the text editable as part of the pdf form? I have tried selecting the image and bringing to front but it still shows behind the text (as above).

I believe form fields will always be in front. You could create a regular text field for the strike-through price, select the line, and bring it to the front, however it will not be an editable form field. You might be able to use a strikethrough font for your form fields, or create a custom text field properties format?
