Pdf would not export to word

Question

I tried exporting using the app Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 32 bits. But I cannot export and it shows a error message. using the online platform for exporting is fine, but just not the app. but it works last time. Do I have to install somethings? Any one able to help?

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked the screenshot attached in the post above. As per the error message, it seems that either there is no application on the machine to open the .docx file or you have not set the default application for the .docx.

Please check if MS Word is installed on the machine. If yes, use the following steps to set a default application to open the docx:

1. Open Windows settings.

2. Go to Apps > Default App and scroll down the window on the right-hand side.

3. Click on "Choose default apps by file type".

4. Scroll down to .docx and select the default application for the file format.
