PDFlyer plug in not syncing to Adobe Pro

Had to install Adobe pro on new computer with windows 11 using creative cloud. PDFlyer plug in has been installed but is not syncing to Adobe. So I'm missing these tools. Does anyone have a recent experience with this and a fix? Both licenses are current.

    Is the issue with the installation of Acrobat then, or with the plugin? For the latter you will need to contact the support of the company that developed it.

    The company is Adobe, the program is Acrobat Pro
