pdfMaker add-on is not working in outlook 2016
we are using Abobe acrobat pro X on all 40 systems and pdfMaker addon was working fine on outlook 2010.
I upgraded 2 systems to office 365 (outlook 2016) and this PdjMaker addon stopped working since then.
Methods applied so far:
- Tried to add the add on agin by going to outlook File- Options- add-ins and by clicking Go after selecting the COM add-ins i found PDFMaker is there and its not selected, but after selecting that one press ok, reopen outlook and nothing happens. by going there again and see its still unselected.
- tried to remove the add-in from that list and added the new one by pressing Add button and selecting the addin by going to c: program files(x86)......... still no luck.
- Tried to increase the registry loadbehaviour value from 2 to 3 decimal. but after rebooting value changed back to 2. even log in as Admin.
- tried to reinstall adobe acrobate pro x but no luck still.
Operating system is Win 10 Pro.
Office Version is offie 365.
Please Help.
