PDFMaker COM Add-In Not Working with Microsoft Excel
We are using Microsoft Office 365, along with Adobe Acrobat XI Pro on several Windows computers. I have a single laptop user who is experiencing trouble with PDFMaker COM Add-In not working with Excel, despite working with the other suite of programs and the add-in being pointed to by Excel is the same one being utilized by the others.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both, changed permissions on both, tried running as administrator (even though the user account is admin)-- nothing seems to be fixing this issue. Microsoft claims that this is on Adobe's end, but Adobe no longer supports our software and directs me here. Anyone have a similar issue? Searches from Google seem to by outdated resolutions or irrelevant to my specific problem. I'm becoming very frustrated with this issue.
