I am a crafter.  I download SVG cut files for my Cricut and Silhouette.  They are always downloaded as PDFs,  I need to know how to get them to download as SVGs.

Do you mean they are associated with Acrobat (or Reader) even though they are SVG files, or that they are actually PDF files?

If the latter, ask the web-master of the website you're getting it from.
