PDFs and Google Drive

PDFs no longer opens in Google Drive. Just spins at 100%. Can anyone advise as to what the issue is?

    Hi @Don31172109irmr ,

     

    In which operating system are you on, and which trobleshooting steps have you tried to resolve the issue?

     

    Can you open PDF files directly from GoogleDrive using other PDF viewers (NOT Adobe Acrobat)?

     

    Also, are you able to open other file types (i.e. .docx, .xls) directly from GoogleDrive with their native programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, for example)??
