Pdfs don't print since latest update

Two of my customers have complained now that pdfs I sent them do not print. I did not change anything in the settings, but is there something in the latest update that changed? I use Adobe Acrobat DC. Pages do not print at all or turn out blank.

Without (1) knowing what software produced the PDF files in question (including software version, OS, and OS version), (2) what the customers were using to view the PDF files in question, and (3) posting a copy of such PDF files that are not printing at all or print blank, there is not much that we can do here to diagnose the problem and assist you.

Its the latest OS version on my iMac, the customers use the same program they used for years now, they did not both change this at the same time. Why should I post a copy? I don't like their work on display for everyone to see.

And I make the pdfs from Indesign.
