PDFs showing as yellow

Any PDF i open, shows as yellow. Ive gone to Preferences > Accessability and ticked Repalce Document colours but this really is not a great solution as I need to be able to see the actual colours on the documents. Anyone else experiencing this

Can you share a sample file, as well as a screenshot of how it appears on your machine?
