PDFs stapling/layout wrong all of a sudden

This seems to have just recently changed, because we’ve been doing the same thing for years, but just this week they have decided to do things completely wrong.

Adobe PDFs from Acrobat/Reader, that are multipage and that we want stapled by our MFP Ricoh printers, are stapling the wrong side of the page, because they’re treating our portrait documents like landscape.

So, we say to staple in the upper left, but it instead puts it in the upper right. If you say to staple the upper right, it staples the bottom right.

However, if I do a multipage from Word with stapling, it does it correctly.

So I know it’s Adobe that has changed.
