Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If it's a file-specific issue, please share it with us so we can check it at our end.

 

Also, a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

 

What version of Acrobat Pro are you using? To check the version, go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version, 24.05.20320, installed. Then, go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
