pen using cursor not pen

I have been using acrobat for a couple of months now to mark up pdfs

 

I have a lenovo x1 yoga and I used the pen to draw

 

but the pen is now not drawing but is only using the cursor

 

i can sellect the drawing tool on the side but i then cant use the buttons to erase. 

 

I have tried using a different pen same result

 

I have uninstalled and then re installed which fixes the problem from anywhere from 2 minutes to 2 days

Along with the informarion requested by @Tariq Ahmad , could you please also provide a small screen recording for us to look at. it will help us in better understand and debug the issue.

Sorry for the troubled experience. Following up to check if you are still experiencing this issue. 
Since you have already tried related troubleshooting steps, could you let us know the Acrobat version installed on the machine? Once I have the details, I will check internally with the product team on this.
