Pencil Markup not working on Asus Flow X13 - Acrobat

I have been experience problem with pencil markup basically it wouldn't detect the pencil at all. I have pencil detection on in preference.

 

Pencil markup used to work sometime before the renovated Acrobat. Now it just completely not work and Im force to use Drawboard or convert to .pptx instead.

 

Can anyone help with this issue?

    Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that
     
    Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.
     
    What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.08.20458 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
     
    Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
     
    Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/3HbAfaS and check.

    Hi Amal,

     

    It happens to all pdf files, and the Acrobat is on 2023.008.20470. This issue started since the revamped version. I have already reinstalled the app / the whole computer before, not helping at all.
