Percentage number rounding off while converting PDF to Excel

Hello,

The regular version of Adobe Acrobat is what I'm using. When utilizing the Convert functionality to convert a PDF with a table to Excel, the percentage value is rounded to four decimal places. Other numbers without "%" are not affected by it, though.

I require that the percentage number stay the same as the original. Please share if you know how to resolve this.

It also occurs during the Adobe website conversion process.

    Thanks for reaching out. Wait for more input from experts. 

    Could you let us know how you are converting Excel into PDF? There are multiple ways to do that; which one are you employing here? 

     

    Also, ensure your copy of Acrobat is updated, to check for updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check For Updates.

     

    Try the following and let us know how it works:

    - Launch Acrobat > File > Create > Locate the Excel file and convert.

    - Check if the issue persists. 

     

    If the issue persists, if possible, please share both the Excel file (if you can't share this file, share a sample file that exhibits the same behavior).

    Hello Tariq,

    Thank you for your response. Actually, I'm using Acrobat's convert feature to convert PDF to Excel rather than Excel to PDF. The screenshot and necessary information are shown below:

     

    - Acrobat version: 2025.001.20435, 64-bit

    - OS name and version. Windows 11 Enterprise

    @himanshu_bansal - Could you share a sample Excel document that exhibits the same behavior? If you can't share the working Excel file.
