Permanenter Absturz Acrobat Pro - Mac Sequioa

Hallo!
Ich habe seit 2 Monaten Acrobat Pro. Ich erstelle ein interaktives Formular mit mehreren Seiten. Von Anfang an hatte ich permanent Probleme mit Abstürzen oder "nicht speicherbar" (gibt dann nur noch Schriftsalat raus).

Ich habe mehrfach den Support angerufen, heute hatte ich auch einen Techniker dran... Keine Lösung des Problems. Wieder Abstürze im 2-3 Minutentakt.

Es kann doch nicht sein, dass ich für ein Programm, das nicht wirklich funktioniert, 35,69€/ Monat bezahle und Adobe das nicht in den Griff bekommt!

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and see if that works. What is the version of the Acrobat application you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 25.01.20813. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once and check if that works.

If it still doesn't work, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.
