Permanently close LH Navigation Pane in Pro 2023

Question

Well, I finally got the RHP permanently closed, but now I want to permanently close the Nav pane. Every time I open a PDF, the Nav pane opens. If anyone can assist it would be greatly appreciated.

Acrobat Pro 2023, Windows 10.

Thanks for reaching out.

We do have the registry fix to disable the tool pane for Acrobat Pro. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/how-to-permanently-close-the-tools-pane-in-adobe-acrobat-dc.html

However, it doesn't apply to the LHS Panel. So far, you can only hide the sidebar.
