Person only being able to save form if completely filled out

I created a intake form and its going to be there for individuals to fill out. Is there a way to make the form only be able to save for them if every question/section is filled out? That way they cant just save and turn the form in without all of the crutial information.

There is no effective way - and frankly it's a terrible idea because people often need to save a file and return to it later. We hear so often from people who are victims of forms which, for example, clear each time they are opened, and lose hours of work.

Thank you for your feedback and opinion. I agree that would be horrible to have hours of work lost but this particular form is very short and shouldnt take much time to fill in. I know that there is a option to add in a submit button but I could still see the issue of some of the sections being left blank. Can you think of a different solution to my issue? Thanks
