I want to fill data in different fields in my editable pdf, but previously picking the text color from four different options (Red, Green, Blue and Black). Is this posible?.

Let´s say I want to type red text under item, blue under Name, and so on (see attached picture). The issue is that the person in charge to fill up the pdf has only Adobe Reader.

Thank you!

You can set the fill color before sending them the file... Or do you mean you want them to be able to change it?

If so, that is possible using a script, but you'll need to think how to trigger it. Do you want it to be the same for all fields in each column, or for them to be able to select one for each field on its own?

Thank you for your answer.

The ideal situation is that they can pick any of the four colors before filling up any field, not necessarily has to be all the same by rows or columns

You could do that by adding a button next to each text field, then. Or it could be possible to attach a script to the field itself, triggered by clicking into it while holding down Ctrl, for example. A pop-up can then appear with the four colors for them to choose from. All of this would require the development of a custom-made script.
